Dan has been a lawyer for over 14 years, having practiced in several areas of law. In 2016 he opened his independent legal practice focusing on Wills, Estate Planning, and Probate and Administration of Estates. Being at the forefront of legal and technological advances has allowed Dan to process over 100 Grant of Probate and Administration applications in the last year alone, utilizing the new Surrogate Digital portal filing system.

Rosemarie hails from Ireland, where she completed her bachelor of laws in 2014 and masters of laws in 2016. After graduation, Rosemarie has worked for law firms and financial institutions the world over, from Ireland to Australia to Vancouver. Rosemarie now calls Calgary home and heads up our Estate department.
